1. The 7-Day Art Inspection Window
Appreciating fine art requires observing how lighting shifts across the day in your specific room. Patrons are entitled to an inspection window of 7 calendar days starting from the date of confirmed delivery by the carrier.
2. Return Eligibility & Condition
To ensure safety for the next collector, returned artworks must meet the following criteria:
- The artwork must be in its original, unaltered pristine physical state (no scratches, tears, chemical cleaning marks, or frame alterations).
- Accompanied by the original Certificate of Authenticity (COA) and documentation.
- Repacked securely using the original protective materials and wooden crate to avoid transit damage.
3. Custom Commissions & Wall Murals
Because bespoke wall murals and custom commissioned artworks are custom-crafted to your unique room measurements and color specifications, they cannot be returned for a change of mind once approved. However, they remain 100% protected against transit damage or material defect.
