1. Authenticity & Original Works

All artworks presented on the Platform are guaranteed to be authentic pieces authored by the credited artists and guilds. Ownership of physical artwork transfers to the purchaser upon complete receipt of payment and successful delivery.

2. Artist Copyright & Intellectual Property

Acquiring a physical painting or sculpture does not transfer intellectual property rights or copyright to the patron. The artist retains copyright for visual reproduction, commercial merchandising, and digital publishing unless an explicit written buyout agreement is executed.

3. Pricing & Taxes

All prices shown on the storefront are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). Official GST tax invoices are provided with every dispatched shipment.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
