1. Delivery Timelines
All original artworks undergo a mandatory 24-hour conservation check by our quality desk before packaging.
- Tier 1 Metros (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 3 to 5 business days from order confirmation.
- Tier 2 & Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days.
- Custom Commissioned Artworks & Wall Murals: 7 to 10 days curation and craft time, followed by 3 to 5 days express crated transit.
2. Packaging Standards
Because fine art is fragile and irreplaceable, we enforce a strict 4-layer packaging standard for every shipment:
- Layer 1 (Direct Surface Barrier): Acid-free conservation glassine paper shields the canvas pigment from moisture and friction.
- Layer 2 (Shock Absorption): Heavy-duty commercial air bubble wrap wrapped three times around the artwork perimeter.
- Layer 3 (Corner Reinforcement): Solid plastic and high-density foam corner protectors to prevent frame warping.
- Layer 4 (External Shield): Custom-built kiln-dried pine wooden crates or heavy-gauge 7-ply corrugated export cartons.
3. Unboxing & Inspection Protocol
We strongly advise customers to inspect the outer packaging crate prior to accepting delivery from the courier. If visible external damage or puncture is observed on the crate, please note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately at +91 93260 10411.
